Removed ActivityLoggingService integration, as it is impossible to use in conjunction with the new AJAX-based interface (almost every keystroke results in one query to the LoggingService).
Furthermore an alternative method to write to TextService elements has been introduced

added possibility to add a short description to elementdefinition and explain the desired content to the administrator

implemented AJAX driven editor in order to support the wizard creation process better (no save button)

serving static content from a jersey project seems problematic
1. Using MVC and jersey causes context problems (especially with hibernate)
2. creating and additional does not seem to be feasible (works on local embedded tomcat, but not on remote servlet container)
